This has been a CRAZY past week, weekend and Monday! Thursday was my second Horse Lesson! And I was extremely busy that day, getting stuff ready for this years garden, taking care of chickens, and packing! Yep Packing! Why!?!?!? I went to the MassHOPE Convention! All day Friday and Saturday, and it was so much fun! I saw a lot of my friends and family I knew or haven't seen in a while! There were a lot of good conversations and lessons taught. There were different people all teaching different things, times and places, so if you had three different people all teaching at the same time, but different places of the building, then you had to make a good choice! Bill Jack, is the guy I mostly listened to, he's great, he teaches for mostly teens but he did a few adult sessions. Bill Jack is extremely funny and outgoing, but he knows how to get your attention and make you think of the things of God! I enjoyed him so much! By the way....
"Fun, is not a biblical word... actually the closest word to 'fun' in the bible is folly. So when people ask you, 'Did you have fun?' you are to tell them, 'Fun? No, I did not have 'fun' I have great Joy! {or enjoyment!}"-Bill Jack. The 'funny' part of it was he told us to; scrunch our eyebrows {you have to do this!} raise one eyebrow, cock your head, {like a little puppy}scratch your head, and sayyyyyy! {Fun?!!?!?!!?!? I didn't have fun! I had Joy!} :D
After that I went out for lunch with my mama and our good friend Cheryl! We went out to UNO's! And I had a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo!
YUMMMMMM!!!!!!!
Then at supper time we went to a new restaurant I never heard before, called Bucks??? I had a Big Ben Ranch Chicken Samwhich. Which was really good!
Then On Saturday.. we ate breakfast at the hotel! It was soo good: Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, waffles..etc.
Then at lunch we went to the hospitals cafeteria.. which was good, but I was REALLY sick that day.. don't know why.. still trying to figure it out. Saturday night, we filled the Bergeron Family tradition! Eating at Metro's Pizza and Subs! Where I had a; Steak, cheese mushroom, onion sub! OOOOOOHHHH IT WAS AMAZING!
Except my roll was toasted, and I fries, not chips... But it was great!
Sunday was a glorious Lord's day, Warm weather in the 70's, wonderful sunshine, smiles, laughter, little children's giggles, hugs, a great message, wonderful songs. It was great!
Monday was really busy for me too! I watched my little nephews all day and had so much fun! Played guitar, recorder outside, did garden stuff, I love them so much!
I came home almost 10! I was so tired!!! The rest of the weeks is a little "calmer" but I can't wait for Sunday to come around again!
